Elburg-Smit takes next step with new management team

Elburg-Smit is taking the next step in its development with the appointment of a new management team. In the coming years, the focus will be on continuity, further growth, and strengthening its position as an international partner in labels and packaging.

As of April 1, the new management team consists of:

  • Richard Snik – Managing Director & Technical Director
  • Marcel van Kuilenburg – Financial Director
  • Debby van der Geer – Commercial Director

With this new management structure, the company builds on a solid foundation. Together, they bring extensive experience in technology, operations, and commerce: a strong basis to continue the strategy while optimally seizing market opportunities.

Focus on growth

Elburg-Smit’s direction remains focused on developing creative, sustainable, and distinctive labels and packaging for the international botanical sector.

In addition, we are working on further growth, including expansion into packaging solutions within the fresh produce (AGF) sector. This step aligns with the ambition to support customers even more broadly with innovative and sustainable solutions.

Thanks to Jan-Marc Oosting

After more than 25 years, Jan-Marc Oosting is stepping down from his role as Managing Director. Under his leadership, Elburg-Smit grew into an international player in the botanical sector.

He was at the foundation of key developments, including the merger of Drukkerij Van Elburg and Smit Etiketten and the company’s international expansion. He also played an important role in strengthening the focus on sustainability and innovation within the organization.

Jan-Marc will remain involved with Elburg-Smit as an advisor and will focus on strategic projects in the coming period.

Elburg-Smit is grateful for his vision, entrepreneurship, and many years of dedication.
